“According to the Iranian Student News Agency (ISNA), quoting the Public Relations Office of the Ardebil Provincial Court, in order to improve the level of Public safety, and to combat hooligans in Parsabad, three individuals, who disturbed public order and security, were arrested by the police in a park in Parsabad. The Parsabad Court condemned each to 74 lashes. The lash ruling was carried out in public at the same park.”
